Extrastaff are on the lookout for a switch on candidate manager. Someone who can recognise and pitch for local talent.
Duties Include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with our key stakeholders
- Building and maintaining relationships with our candidates
- Making sure we have all candidate compliance is in place before they are sent an assignment
- Advert writing
- Screen candidates, Interview, select, CV formating
- Marketing
- Book and attend corporate events and meetings
- Have fun
Must haves:
- Attention to detail
- Passionate
- Organised
- A full class 1 license
- At least 6 months experience working in a customer service enviroment
- Someone who can work and have fun
