Extrastaff are on the lookout for a switch on candidate manager. Someone who can recognise and pitch for local talent.

Duties Include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with our key stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our candidates
  • Making sure we have all candidate compliance is in place before they are sent an assignment
  • Advert writing
  • Screen candidates, Interview, select, CV formating
  • Marketing
  • Book and attend corporate events and meetings
  • Have fun

Must haves:

  • Attention to detail
  • Passionate
  • Organised
  • A full class 1 license
  • At least 6 months experience working in a customer service enviroment
  • Someone who can work and have fun
