You will be the first port of call for dealing with all incoming enquiries - both on the phone/ email and in the office - from candidates looking for work, to clients needing staff.  You will manage our job advertising and collate the response from those ads, internally marketing candidates to our team.  You will also provide general administrative support to our  team carrying out vital tasks such as reference checking and proactively working with candidates.

You will also be responsible for site visits to our current clients where you will need to be able to converse with our workers on site in Tagolog and translate back to our clients where required. You will manage the Filipino relationship between us and our clients proactively. You will also work closer with our other business relationships based here and off shore.

To achieve in this role you will be fast on your feet and able to deal with competing demands, successful prioritising and managing your time.  You will need to have fast but accurate typing skills with experience on a variety of computer programs and speak fluent Tagolog.

Experience with the Filipino / NZ Immigration processes and and legalities in this area are a must.

The key to your success will be well developed communication skills, as you will be required to work closely with a wide range of people, from those on the factory floor or at the construction sites to professionals and our own internal team.  You will definitely be a computer whizz, able to pick up new programmes and applications quickly.
